Advanced Pressure Concepts
is a 3-day training course with the principal objective of teaching participants how pressure can be predicted in complex geological settings as well as being used for seal breach analysis and hydrodynamic plays.

On this 3 day
Pressures and Overpressure in the Subsurface
course, learn how pressure data relate to the safe and efficient exploration and exploitation of petroleum reservoirs. Improve your confidence in estimating pore pressures by attending this course.
Find out about the Pressures and Overpressure in the Subsurface course now.
Pre-Drill Risk in High Pressure Wells
is a one day workshop is designed to provide the context for pore pressure and fracture gradient predictions and will focus on how to capture the geological uncertainty in a way which allows operations and engineering professionals to maintain focus on the ‘expected’ outcome of the well whilst simultaneously planning for ‘unlikely but possible’ outcomes.
Find out more about the Pre-Drill Risk in High Pressure Wells course now.
The
Pressure Data for Exploration Success
course will help students develop the link between theory and practice. Extensive use is made of data from areas such as the North Sea, SE Asia and the Gulf of Mexico to identify lateral drainage and hydrodynamic reservoirs and to evaluate seal breach risking.

A 2 day
HPHT Narrow Drilling Margins
course which covers HPHT conditions and their prediction, the data components required for well planning and issues which influence successful drilling in such conditions, and their cost implications. Ideal if you are involved in well-planning or work in environments where HPHT and/or narrow drilling margin conditions are likely.
